Got the same deluxe queen room booked online with a double bed, the garden, as example. The location turned out to be comfortable, short walk to all the restaurants in Thamel, Kathmandu and all the fantastic restaurants and shops. It also was in the beautiful garden.

Ideal, clean hotel with great breakfasts. Very amiable staff and management. Great-sized rooms on the upper floors available. Free wireless internet access and good Internet were nice.

The whole experience was very nice from start to finish, would recommend. Loved how the neat room on the upper floors was arranged when we arrived. Everything was nice, but a few employees were not professional. Its location relatively close to a walled palace was particularly good and absolutely perfect.

the hotel provided affordable prices. we really enjoyed the venue, it was well-maintained and had magnificent location adjacent to all the restaurants, and other activities.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The staff were exceptional, always accessible and willing to help. Deepak went above and beyond, even offering to cook for me when I was sick. They helped book transportation and tours. The location in Thamel was perfect, with everything nearby. Beds were comfy, showers were warm, and dorm rooms were spacious. The breakfast included was delicious.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
